An expert panel of judges who have worked proffesionally in the pole, dance and showgirl business will be judging on the night of FloorPlay.

Bendy Kate - FloorPlay London 2017
Bendy Kate is a woman of many talents. She is a contemporary and original performer specialising in pole, aerial, hand balancing and acrobatics. She makes sure every single performance is unique, different from the last and memorable leaving a long lasting impression on the audience. Asides from headlining at incredible events around the world she has won titles such as; World Pole Sport and Fitness Champion 2014, IPSF World Pole Sports Runner Up 2013 and UK Professional Pole Championships 2011, 2012 and 2013.
On the other hand she is a passionate teacher; she uses her vast knowledge of the human body, her gymnastics background and experience to travel the world teaching masterclasses. Combining her experience and her BSc Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation degree (first class) she also creates learning resources to help athletes further their understanding on flexibility and other gymnastic disciplines.
And finally, she is a budding business woman; trying to grow the Bendy Kate brand in the fitness fashion industry. She designs and produces athletic wear which truly combines style and function. Who is better to design fitness clothing than the athletes themselves!

Julanne Barry - FloorPlay London 2017
Julanne a Floor Addict! She is an Pole instructor and Master Trainer for Jeni Janover’s Liquid Motion® floor movement system as well as creating her own proprietary dance classes.
She lives and teaches in London, specializing in fluid, inventive and sensual movement coaching - and regularly trains all types of performers from acrobats to burlesque stars.
With a Degree in Art & Design, Julanne combines her own floor & pole movement with various art media to create huge works of art that evoke feminine sensuality and grace.
Julanne’s judging commitments take her around the world - giving her a uniquely broad perspective on all forms of movement and physical expression.

An expert panel of judges will judge the competitors on the basis of-

Dance and/ or Floor Work: Tricks, strength, flexibility, transitions, and routine composition.... 10 points

Technique and Movement Quality: Transitions between moves, interpretation of music, dance technique and clarity within the chosen style i.e. booty work, chair dance work, lap dance work (all optional) .... 10 points

Presentation: X-factor, showmanship, entertainment factor, costume, professionalism on stage ..... 10 points
